• Maintained and develop a good relationship with the current clients through strengthen strong and long-term relationships and understanding of their needs at all times, Ensure timely meeting follow-ups.
• Organizing site visits to the hotels, sport-training fields, and all facilities needed to make decisions about suitable venues for the sport training camps or sport events.
• Responsible for operational budget management for sports camps.
• Create and execute a selling strategy for target markets, identify potential clients, coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts.
• Negotiate the rate, andk hotel space, arrange food, beverage, meeting rooms, etc. to make travel arrangements as per the client’s brief. Negotiate with sports teams to arrange friendly matches, take care of the logistics matters, before, during and after.
• Involved with the content of company marketing material. including websites, social media, brochures, and mailings.
• Played a key role in contract negotiations with the clubs and players and managed all aspects of athletes' careers.
