We aim to redefine the complex operational processes of rental management through technology and products, creating a more efficient and intuitive rental management experience.
We are looking for a member who will face customers directly, design products, and create solutions together.
[Customer/Product Operations]
• Customer CS response and issue analysis
• Practical response to rental management operations (contract, billing, payment collection, eviction, renewal)
• Designing and improving operational processes
• Creating and updating manuals, guides, FAQs
[New Business Onboarding]
• Responding to new clients and conducting demos
• Business onboarding (setting and usage guidance, product usage support)
[Product Planning]
• Planning product requirements and proposing priorities
• Deriving new ideas based on customer needs
※ This role involves creating and collaborating on the entire business, from customer interaction to operational design and product planning.
• Fresh graduate / 3 years or less of experience
• No degree requirement, candidates expected to graduate may apply
• Experience communicating with external customers and stakeholders via email, messenger, or documented communication
• Experience organizing data and customer information using Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience producing manuals, guides, FAQs, or policy documents
• Product planning or service/customer operations experience at a B2B SaaS/platform/solution company
• Work experience using tools like Confluence, JIRA, Slack
• Experience connecting customer feedback to product or operational improvements
• Experience or interest in real estate/rental management/AMC/PMC related areas
