<We research technologies that save lives.>
Hello to everyone who will grow with IMLAB!
Have you all pressed the Annie mannequin at least once during your school days or military training? Our company combines IoT technology with the stiff and outdated emergency medical training tools to develop a completely new solution.
Since introducing our first solution, 'HeartiSense,' in 2015, we have steadily grown, causing a shift in the global CPR training market. We hope you can join us in our journey to become the 'Apple' of healthcare, proving value directly in the field.
<Does this company have a vision?>
[IMLAB is a small but dynamic team with project capabilities.]
We are a healthcare startup founded by researchers from KAIST’s master’s and doctorate programs. A small group of experts moves nimbly (Lean), competing and collaborating with global players. We particularly value the process of confirming how our created technologies work in real fields and are recognized for their expertise.
[We disrupt conservative markets with technology and innovation.]
The traditional emergency/medical training market was heavy and closed, focusing on hardware. IMLAB leads digital innovation by combining lightweight hardware and software technologies with these 'heavy products.' The market response is enthusiastic. We aim to expand our new business beyond CPR to the entire healthcare spectrum, proving our technical prowess in broader fields.
<We are looking for such people>
A good workplace is ultimately made by 'good colleagues.' We seek 'practical experts' who will actively grow in the field using technology as a tool.
[We think flexibly, understanding each other’s differences and respecting differing opinions.]
• We have a flexible and fertile mindset that can accept feedback with an open mind and turn it into new possibilities.
[We have perseverance and a sense of challenge to navigate together.]
• We strive to be flexible sponges who willingly face challenges of completely new tasks and passionately learn and adapt when necessary.
[We work swiftly and proactively.]
• We share all work and issues to achieve a common vision and quickly convene and decide.
[We positively impact our surroundings and society.]
• We make meaningful choices and hope that work returns positively to each person's life.
