🔵 You will proactively experience the following tasks (What You Will Own)
✅ Operating online channels and establishing sales strategies (Olive Young, Musinsa, Smart Store, Coupang)
✅ Overall planning and strategy for promotions by channel
✅ Sales analysis and annual strategy establishment
✅ Organizing the e-commerce team and managing KPIs based on sales and channel expansion
✅ Inventory management by SKU and communication with related departments through sales demand forecasting
🔵 We want to work with someone like this (Qualification)
✅ Over 7 years of experience (or equivalent experience)
✅ Experience in operating major domestic online malls and leading e-commerce teams
✅ Data-driven decision-making skills and performance reporting abilities
✅ Experience in designing sales structures and promoting growth, not just operations
✅ Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce sales, marketing, and logistics
✅ Ability for quick execution and proactive communication
✅ Experience managing the product life cycle of cosmetics brands and seasonal products
✅ Experience achieving meaningful results in specific channels or SKUs
✅ Ability to design sales structures centered around Hero SKUs through performance analysis by product
