We are looking for a Global Content Business Manager who will be responsible for stable content acquisition and distribution at the forefront of the content business, ensuring RealDraw's studio power becomes the standard in the global market.
<Content Acquisition>
- Discovering and contracting external partnerships including co-production partners and acquiring Noble Comics IP
- Identifying domestic CPs for the Japanese distribution business and acquiring IP distribution rights
<Content Distribution, Promotion and Performance Management>
- Executing content distribution and IP exposure strategies for overseas platforms
- Managing content registration, promotions, and marketing operations by platform
- Analyzing metrics by platform to manage content performance and derive improvement tasks
<Partnership and Communication>
- Communicating with overseas platforms and partners, managing schedules and issues
- Coordinating internal and external collaborations needed throughout the content acquisition, distribution, promotion processes
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in content acquisition, distribution, business, and partnerships in the webtoon industry
- Understanding and experience of the global webtoon market and platform distribution structures in Japan/North America/Southeast Asia
- Experience in analyzing key metrics such as revenue, view counts, audience reactions, and promotional performance by content and contributing to performance improvement
- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external partners and collaborate for common business goals
- Experience collaborating with global content platforms and overseas partners
- Experience in identifying content and IP business opportunities through global market analysis
- Ability to communicate in a business-level foreign language (English, Japanese, etc.)
