Position Overview
- The LLM/Agent Engineer analyzes natural language-based work requests and implements query type classification, agent routing,
tool-calling, state management, and response generation logic. Using orchestration tools such as LangGraph, they design and develop the agent workflow, transforming enterprise business processes into AI services.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows
- Implement agent logic for requests, queries, comparisons, reports, etc.
- Develop AI service APIs based on FastAPI
- Optimize LLM API costs, response latency, and model routing
- Collaborate with internal domain experts to translate business rules into agent logic.
- Over 3 years of experience in LLM production services
- Experience in designing and deploying agents
- Experience in applying tool-calling, function calling, and API orchestration in real services
- Experience in implementing agent state management, failure recovery, and response standardization logic
- Experience in designing complex agent workflows or multi-agent systems
- Experience in implementing agents across various domains
- Understanding or applying MCP-based system integration structures
- Experience in enterprise AI services requiring guardrails, permissions, audits, and security policies
- Experience utilizing Korean specialized LLM or domestic models
- Experience using LLM observability tools
- Experience in model routing, semantic caching, and token cost optimization
