The Product Manager manages various processes needed for Rocketpunch to shine in the market comprehensively.
▶ Design and improve policies for existing services or new features so that the platform can operate smoothly.
▶ Set various hypotheses to lead the final realization of enabling users currently using the platform to use it better, as well as enabling users who have not experienced it yet to do so.
▶ Collaborate with the technical organization to test whether the service operates according to the policies, features, and criteria that you have designed, and derive improvement plans.
▶ Spend time discussing with external organizations for technical collaboration, or discussing with design, data, business, and product managers for product improvement.

▶ The functions provided by the Rocketpunch platform are not limited to recruitment services. At Rocketpunch, you can proactively improve various vertical services such as social, events, chat, wallets, advertising, payments, AI, etc.
▶ Rocketpunch's Product Manager does not spend time creating IA, flowcharts, or screen design documents for design. The product's UX is entrusted to the expert Product Designer, allowing you to focus on deriving better solutions and policies based on various data and market research.
Product Managers must possess the ability to quickly absorb knowledge and solve problems actively and logically.
▶ Someone who can organize complex problems clearly into document form through analytical and logical thinking.
▶ Someone who can discern various requirements arising externally and internally based on importance and impact, and derive the solutions, priorities, and execution plans.
▶ Someone with experience managing release schedules, scopes, and resources directly using project management tools like Jira/Confluence/Linear.
▶ Someone familiar with design and technical language and terminology to communicate smoothly with key collaborators.
However, the following individuals may not be a good fit.
▶ Those who are only interested in short-term goals and fragmentary user experience improvements rather than long-term product growth.
▶ Those who have an aversion to learning about unfamiliar domains or technologies.
▶ Those who are accustomed to performing tasks only within a defined scope or given role.
▶ Those who lack technical understanding and are not familiar with communicating with engineers and technical organizations.

Salary, work environment, and welfare during this period will apply 100% the same, and even in case of resignation after conversion, it will be included in the severance pay calculation period.
