Rincovation is an extremely early-stage travel tech startup looking for a third member to join. We operate 'Oasis', a customized free travel service for families based on local experts, under the mission of enabling everyone to have the travel they desire and providing a seamless travel experience (currently generating revenue).
Currently, we operate a B2C web/app platform (for travelers) and a B2B SaaS (for local experts), and we plan to focus on service enhancement and initial user expansion based on seed investment from Primer, one of Korea's top accelerators.
As an extremely early-stage startup that requires fast and tight work, we cannot offer sufficient salary, but we will provide equity or stock options at a level that allows for liberation from capitalism, granting ownership as a shareholder.
We are looking for someone who values work deeply in life, can work with ownership and self-direction, and wants to grow the service from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 100, with excellent skills in AI learning and application. If you have overwhelming passion and are genuinely interested in creating a service based on user feedback, we would love to meet and discuss more.

- AI Native development environment - Claude (Claude Code, Scheduled, Claude Design), Codex, N8N, OpenClaw, etc. integrates AI tools into the entire development process to maximize productivity.
- End to End Feature ownership: Define problems, implement UI, deploy, and design and develop the entire stack
- Develop and improve Web/App/SaaS front-end and back-end based on customer interviews

- Has over 3 years of practical development experience
- Proficient in Python and Node.js
- Experience utilizing LLMs such as OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, etc.
- Someone who has experience acting as a shareholder or possesses self-direction, responsibility, and problem-solving skills like a shareholder
- Has experience in system design
