- Participate in technical requirement analysis and architecture design
- Manage the entire process of development projects (schedule / issues / risks / resources)
- Document development processes and technical specifications (API specifications, system diagrams, etc.)
- Coordinate technical communication between planning, business departments, and development teams
- Lead the development team and manage code quality/deployment processes
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a development team lead or development PM
- Practical understanding of AWS cloud environment (VPC, EC2, S3, etc.) and infrastructure setup
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications (API documents, system diagrams, etc.)
- Capable of enhancing project visibility using collaboration tools such as Notion, Figma, etc.
- Smooth communication connecting leaders and followers
- Insight into web/app platform services
- Skills in creating logical flows and documentation
- Ability to proactively lead the process of setting and solving goals and strategies
