Founded in 2019, OND Lab is a digital solution supply agency (SI) affiliated with UNIST (Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology) and has primarily engaged in enterprise B2B SaaS projects. Since 2023, we have been focusing on product design that incorporates AI to meet market demands. The specialized domain is healthcare (designing digital solutions in psychiatry, preventive medicine, and within hospitals), actively collaborating with Seoul National University Hospital, Severance Hospital, Korea University Hospital, and Asan Medical Center.
Additionally, we are establishing an in-house startup related to finance/accounting and currently conducting ultra-early market testing. We are also pursuing UX design, product development, and GTM, aiming to evolve into an FDE team that seeks zero to one.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs to support the platform's features.
- Develop the platform's web/mobile applications in collaboration with the software engineering and design teams.
- Implement features with a focus on intuitive UX and customer experience.
- Develop a real-time query and response system that provides actionable financial/tax insights to customers.
- Participate in all stages of projects from brainstorming development ideas to feature development, launch, and improvement.
- Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform features and updates.
- Degree: Graduates with degrees in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data, or AI-related majors
- AI Native Development: Must have experience in development utilizing AI multi-agents (PostHog, Tailscale, Sub agent-as-a-Judge, Obsidian, Open Clo, Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience with React frameworks like NextJS
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team environment
- Understanding of how REST APIs work
- Experience with CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS

- This position starts as a contract but can be discussed for conversion to a full-time position.
- The position is a full-time (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00) role.
- There is a 3-month probation period.
