· You will be responsible for the overall operation and management of accommodation facilities affiliated with Urbanstay or Le Collective.
· Utilize the SaaS system developed in-house to monitor, manage, and adjust room reservation status.
· Operate and manage the non-face-to-face front. (However, face-to-face customer responses are required when delivering amenities and visiting rooms.)
· Collaborate and communicate with various partner companies (laundry, inventory ordering, etc.).
· Manage assets such as amenities and furniture provided in the rooms.
