Incheon Spectacle (Company Name: Spectacle Work) is a local content planning company that reinterprets Incheon’s joy into content, community, tours, and festivals.
Starting with Instagram in 2016, the company was established in 2019, and the small experiment of “Why should we go to Seoul to do something fun?” has continued for 10 years since meeting reliable colleagues, neighbors, and collaboration partners.
Although a small organization, it has connected loosely with charming neighbors throughout Incheon and has grown into a team with a diverse and solid portfolio, more than any other team and company in the region.
We collaborate not only with our own IPs like the local magazine <Incheon Spectacle> and community <Spectacle University>, but also with various partners and clients including HYBE, Hana Financial, Incheon Metropolitan City, Tourism Corporation, and Cultural Foundation.

A strategic planning PM who designs local possibilities and proves them through projects.

We translate the language of our clients such as public institutions and businesses into our own language and present diverse methods from local pop-ups to tours and editing. [Responsibilities]
ㆍOverall management of client projects: Planning and drafting proposals in the local, tourism and cultural sectors.
ㆍProject managing: Establishing annual roadmaps for contracted projects and managing milestones.
ㆍBudget and administration: Leading public institution bidding proposals and final settlements and report processes.
ㆍExternal cooperation: Communicating with clients and key partners, B2B proposals.
ㆍEducation: No restrictions on educational background
ㆍA heart that resonates with the values of Spectacle, which creates joy in Incheon together
ㆍOver 5 years of relevant experience (experience in public service PM and proposal writing is required)
ㆍResponsibility to set priorities and complete tasks thoroughly, even in complex assignments
ㆍUnderstanding of government-supported projects and bidding systems
ㆍProficiency in office tools required for work (Google Workspace/hwp/PPT/Excel, etc.)
ㆍExperience completing projects over 50 million won as a PM
ㆍExperience with tourism marketing, urban regeneration, and local activation projects
ㆍUnderstanding of the Incheon region, possession of a local network
ㆍAbility to maximize efficiency in proposal and planning tasks using AI tools
ㆍPossession of a driver's license and ability to drive

ㆍCandidates passing the document screening will be individually contacted to arrange interview schedules.
ㆍ1st meeting: Approximately 30 minutes, held in a comfortable atmosphere 1:1 coffee chat (focus on culture fit, understanding of the company, and understanding of the role).
ㆍ2nd meeting: Arranging an interview through scheduling just for the candidates (checking practical ability).
ㆍCandidates passing the interview will finalize treatment and salary negotiations before the final acceptance.
ㆍCandidates may be disqualified or contracts may be terminated if there are any disqualifying reasons for overseas travel or if false information is found in the application documents.
[Working Conditions]
ㆍEmployment Type: Full-time
ㆍWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week, 9 AM to 6 PM
※ Inclusive of 1-hour break. Flexible working hours and remote work are possible. Compensatory leave is provided after weekend work agreed upon during event operations.

ㆍSalary: Negotiated based on desired salary during the interview
