- Zerorder is a health tech startup that has been growing based on a valuation of 3 billion since its establishment in 2023 and selection by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups TIPS in 2025.
- We are entering the home therapy field for pediatric rehabilitation (CMT) and creating products that assist home rehabilitation using on-device AI and real-time sensor (camera/audio) technology.
- We are looking for someone to join as a co-founder (CTO) and lead this position.
- This position will play a key role in enhancing on-device AI, cloud infrastructure, and motion recognition algorithms through technical leadership, and lead the team to scale products globally.
- We are looking for individuals with ownership who will share company equity.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize motion sensing and pose estimation algorithms
* Build and tune real-time motion recognition pipelines
* AI research and application: On-device/Cloud based AI modeling and operation (Skeleton Tracking, Human Motion Analysis, etc.)
* Model training and optimization based on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
* Quality and deployment: Operate ML models, version management, build continuous deployment and testing automation environment
* Leadership: Provide direction for R&D, team building, and lead code reviews/technical strategy
Key Requirements
* Experience in research and commercialization of motion sensing, pose estimation, and human activity recognition
* Experience in development and system construction based on Python and C#
* Practical experience using deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
* Understanding of startups
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading startup building, recruitment, and code reviews
* Experience as a startup founder/CTO or co-founder
