Qualifications
• Experience in planning or producing short-form videos on platforms such as YouTube/TikTok/Reels (various formats accepted such as brand/influencer/personal channels)
• Clear project intentions and idea structure (*Portfolio submission required)
• Flexible communication capabilities for collaboration and feedback acceptance
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in managing video-based channels like YouTube/TikTok
• Experience in producing short-form content using AI TTS (narration)
• Related major in video planning and editing
• Experience with social commerce brands and e-commerce content
• Experience in script planning using LLM-based tools like ChatGPT
Working Conditions
• Salary: 2,100,000 KRW per month
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- For flexible start hours (08:00 AM - 10:30 AM), this will apply after the work adjustment period (between 2 weeks and 4 weeks).
- Lunch Time: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM (1 hour)

Recruitment Process
• Document Screening → Interview (including on-site task) → Final Acceptance

• On-Site Task
- On the day of the interview, you will conceptualize a planning direction for shorts with a duration of about 20-30 seconds based on the given long-form video and references.
- No prior preparation is needed; simply explain the planning ideas and direction verbally based on the materials provided on-site.
- Your ability to communicate the video composition angles (banners), flow, hook points, and target considerations will also be evaluated.
