Job Description
The Treasure Hunt team sources 'treasure-like products' that provide high satisfaction to customers, regardless of category. The way the Treasure Hunt team contributes to Wysly's zero-margin membership ecosystem is somewhat different from other product teams. Other product teams develop and sell essential goods that customers use daily. These products become a part of the customer's life themselves.
On the other hand, the Treasure Hunt team adds fun to shopping at Wysly. Literally, they continuously discover and introduce unexpected treasures for customers. Of course, the cost-performance ratio of the products must be excellent. This not only provides customers with actual functional value but also offers interesting incentives for them to revisit. By considering seasonality and consumer needs, they select and source timely products. The sourced products are operated in forms like special promotions or limited-time offers for a short period, focusing on securing both conversion rates and buzz. In addition to seasonal products, various special deals are planned considering customer needs and consumption patterns. Rather than just offering products at low prices, they selectively propose high cost-performance products and limited-quantity special items from well-known brands.
In this way, the Treasure Hunt team focuses on enabling customers to have a new shopping experience at Wysly through attractive special-priced items operated for a limited time.

Required Skills
• Extreme obsession on customers: To create good products, it is crucial to thoroughly understand the hidden needs of customers. All strategies and decisions start from considering the customer experience. The top priority of all decision-making is customer experience, and this should not be compromised. Continuously asking “WHY” from the customer's point of view and obsessively solving this.
• Proactive: Proactivity demands a stronger sense of self-direction beyond mere initiative. They voluntarily identify problems and seek opportunities for improvement. They think like a leader, extending their roles proactively beyond the limits of their defined responsibilities. A product manager at Wysly has the qualities to work in an autonomous and empowered manner, achieving assigned goals by persuading stakeholders to understand the “WHY.”
• Grit: They find ways to make the impossible possible without being limited by conventions, inertia, and resource constraints. They obsessively persist through difficulties and obstacles. They believe there is no impossibility and tirelessly seek solutions. They do not give up.
• Learn fast: To solve problems effectively, they must learn new things quickly. While carrying out various tasks in the product team, they constantly confront new environments encompassing categories, products, and people. They are unafraid of learning new things and quickly acquire what is necessary for problem-solving.
• Judgement under ambiguity: They do not remain passive in uncertain situations. They collect information to make the best choices in uncertain conditions, creating a decision-making environment to make decisions.
• Dive deep: They dig deeply until they fully understand the matter. When creating products, they often encounter the wall of “this is how the market works.” They do not take stakeholders' words or market practices at face value, rigorously delving into all the details behind the phenomena to devise solutions and achieve the best outcomes.
