Supplier management activities for all of Fiat/Chrysler suppliers in Korea/ Japan region • Manage 18-supplier in development, operation and quality; 12-Korean/6-Japanese. • Responsible for the technical steering and the results (quality, timing, R&D costs) of the system project. • Potential Supplier Evaluation activity for new candidates including Supplier Development. • Lead Advanced Quality Planning process with suppliers and internal counter partners in Chrysler/Fiat. • Lead quality issue resolution for the current programs. • Train suppliers to understand Chrysler/Fiat systems and processes.

Technical multi-functional/national project management • Responsible for the technical steering and the results (quality, timing, R&D costs) of the system project. • Communicate and co-work with internal and abroad colleagues; India, China and German R&D head office. • Communicate with stakeholders, to apply new functions and components to new engine system for advanced technology. • Responsible for consistency of all technical activities within a system project (including electronic and/or mechanical components). • Provide solutions for quality issues and risks reported by stakeholders based on analysis results from internal cross-functional departments, including hardware, software, quality and production department. • Assesses the technical status (maturity, risks) and reports it. • Requirements engineering / management. • Plans, agrees, schedules, monitors and approves system engineering work packages and deliverables. • Defines and tracks the system engineering master plan. • Responsible to ECU(Engine Control Unit) functionality and data-set for engine performance, emissions and diagnosis regulation.
