•Responsible for the entire customer-facing activities, including lead generation,
validation through pilots, contract negotiation, closing opportunities, and post-sales
support
•Created the sales pipeline from the ground up by identifying opportunities outside of
public safety markets, setting up new inbound channels, and educating customers
through product demos and attending a conference
•Developed new processes to serve different needs and new verticals at Axon,
including Salesforce Reports, Paid Pilot Process, Credit Check, and LTE Data Monitoring System
•Supported the sales team by providing strategic insights on accounts prioritization,
go-to-market tactics, new product bundles for new verticals at Axon including
Corrections, Securities, Fire/EMS, and commercial markets
