1. Working experience in MSFK
- Implementation of annual digital fundraising activities based on results
analyses following POA to achieve MSFK fundraising targets of a year.
- Researches, proposes, and implements new digital fundraising activities
and technologies that will optimize KPIs related to the fundraising plan and
keep MSF Korea at the forefront of developments in digital fundraising,
including risk assessment meanwhile leading and developing CRM marketing.
- Analyses results of digital initiatives - donor behavior, donor segmentation
and overall donor tendency on new digital activities and CRM marketing
- Measure and report the performance of digital fundraising campaigns,
and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develops and optimize CRM (Crowdfunding, E-mail marketing, website
optimization etc.) acquisition activities that will enhance fundraising targets.
- Provides digital support to all teams for MSFK Fundraising as needed.
- Troubleshoots current practices and ensure a smooth resolution
to problems related to digital fundraising.
2. More than work in MSFK
- Green community team member since Feb. 2023.
- Field Trip to Niger (Magaria Project) in Mar. 2023.
- Collaboration and support other teams' activity and big events successfully
(e.g., overall Online promotion for the 2022 MSFK photo exhibition and
every the small and big events - The focus etc. of the Communication team)
- Proposed and implemented a new digital platform and channel (e.g., Insider
and Tiktok) as a growing digital fundraising marketing during POA season.
