- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the company; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new projects.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships.
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
- Maintaining sales workforce by recruiting, orienting, and training employees, as well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Analyzing pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reports stakeholders providing key business insights.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
