I was able to conduct research on cognitive ability of human subjects and their brain activities using fMRI, EEG, and Virtual Reality during my master's degree. Currently I'm learning and working on an algorithm development for image processing with primate brain image data in KIST. My research interests include the relationship between brain anatomy and functional networks, sensory substitution and taking advantage of various analytical methodology such as statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and TDA(topological data analysis).
