CLASS101 delivers a class kit containing everything learners need to successfully take a course so they can get started right away without the hassle of shopping for supplies or equipment. We are the largest online hobby platform in South Korea. To spread our movement worldwide, we've started replicating the same success in the global market. Within a few months, we've reached 2M visits and a 98.5% satisfaction rate on our global site.
주요업무
**Core responsibilities** - Grow our presence on social media (Mainly Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest) and build an active creator and student community. Maintain social & community strategy calendars while staying ahead of the social trends - Create content to be used in social media posts and programs, which includes, but not limited to social posts, videos, gifs, blog posts, ad & promotion copies, and all other social media creative. Be the brand voice and represent the brand vision - Collaborate closely with our performance marketing manager to create and curate social media ad content that resonates with our target customer and optimize content& copy accordingly - Analyze the performance of social media growth daily, weekly and monthly and develop insights to inform and improve future strategy - Actively monitor our social community and come up with new strategies and communication plan to grow and nurture CLASS101 creator community **Requirements** - 5+ years of relevant experience in growing social media platforms - Excellent in writing, editing and crafting social-centric content - Experience in running social media campaigns on FB, Instagram, Google, Pinterest and Twitter for the US market - Adaptable and comfortable with frequent changes in the fast-paced environment - Strong strategic thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving skills - Analytical and imaginative to understand performance data and drive actionable and creative insights - Fluent in using content editing tools, such as photoshop and premiere pro **Preferred** - Experience in working at startup - Believes in CLASS101's mission and have a passion for creator community - Passion and understanding of social media, digital, photography, and marketing best practices **Interview process** Class101 empowers our employees to live by our mission; to do what you love.
