이 역할은 distributed robotics / backend systems에 대한 기술 리더십과 함께 조직 리딩, 실행 책임, 그리고 cross-functional collaboration을 포함합니다.
해당 매니저는 기술 방향을 설정하고, 다양한 로봇 타입과 workflow를 지원할 수 있도록 플랫폼을 확장하며, production scale에서 안정적이고 customizable한 mission system을 제공할 수 있는 high-performing team을 구축하는 역할을 담당합니다.
Robot mission behavior engine 및 관련 infrastructure를 개발하는 팀 리드, 채용 및 성장 지원
Scalable / customizable workflow orchestration을 위한 technical roadmap 및 architecture 정의
내부 팀, 고객 및 파트너가 로봇 behavior를 제어할 수 있도록 하는 robust API 개발 및 운영
Engineering process, testing strategy, release quality standard 수립
복잡한 production 및 field issue에 대한 technical escalation point 역할
Product, deployment, robotics teams와의 cross-functional alignment
플랫폼의 delivery predictability, ownership clarity, long-term maintainability 개선
컴퓨터공학 및 Robotics 관련 전공하신 분
Backend 또는 robotics systems 개발 경력 5년 이상
엔지니어 리딩 경험 2년 이상 (formal / informal leadership 포함)
Go, C++ 또는 유사한 systems language 경험
Production-grade API 설계 및 운영 경험
Linux environment에서의 개발 경험
빠르게 변화하는 startup environment에서의 협업 및 문제 해결 능력
Behavior Trees 또는 robot workflow orchestration systems 경험
Robotics 또는 autonomous systems 회사 근무 경험
Protobuf / gRPC, REST, GraphQL API design 경험
Engineering team scaling 및 release quality process 개선 경험
8시~11시 자율 출퇴근 (8시간 근무)
