We're Hiring: Full-Stack / Back-End Engineer with AI Experience
We are a fast-growing pet healthcare startup based in US (launched April 2025). Our mission is to revolutionize pet health by offering personalized nutrition plans and daily tailored missions that prevent and manage illnesses through AI-driven analysis of medical records and conditions.
We're looking for a passionate Full-Stack (or Back-End) Engineer with AI modeling experience to join our early team. You'll play a critical role in building the foundations of our product and scaling its impact.
Compensation: Monthly salary + equity options (initially for ~5 months during the early stage)
Key Responsibilities
Architect and manage the overall database and core technologies
Build and maintain scalable logic to crawl and clean pet food data
Develop systems to organize and distribute personalized missions (frequency settings, redundancy filters, etc.)
Enhance the performance of our Vet AI diagnosis model and OCR pipelines
Collaborate with the founding team to deliver innovative, scalable pet healthcare solutions
What We're Looking For
Strong background in Full-Stack or Back-End engineering
Hands-on experience with AI/ML modeling
Familiarity with data pipelines, crawling/cleaning, and scalable logic design
Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
Currently based in Korea (any nationality welcome!)
This is potential CTO positions.
Co-founders are not usually paid, but we got government support funding, so could pay partially during the testing ( both you and us! ) months.
