As the Growth Manager for mid-market and SMB clients, you will manage a high volume of advertiser accounts (small and medium-sized businesses at various stages of growth). Success in this position requires agility and excellent time management, as you’ll need to prioritise and respond to a diverse range of client needs while delivering exceptional results for each account. Here’s what you’ll be working on:
• Own and grow a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized advertiser accounts, ensuring each client receives strategic support and attention to achieve their KPIs and growth goals.
• Fully comprehend advertiser's marketing needs and translate how Moloco’s programmatic solution will drive KPIs and goals.
• Work with Clients, Sales, other Account Managers, Data Science and cross-functional teams to identify and to drive account growth results.
• Help build and iterate on new products and client solutions and work with Product, Data-Science, and Engineering teams.
• Understand the mobile ecosystem, stay current on industry trends, and most importantly offer actionable insights to clients.
• Lead multiple partnerships, client meetings, and business reviews.
• Understand client needs inside out in order to bring success and growth.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable and valuable insights.
• Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making.
• Create a clear data-driven strategy for each client and work closely with them to achieve this.
• Identify and pitch incremental opportunities that are aligned to client’s growth objectives and scale accordingly in partnership.
Here is what you need to succeed:
• 3-5 years Mobile Advertising experience, ideally in Account Management in programmatic marketing. Experience working with small to mid-sized clients or managing a large book of accounts is highly valued.
• Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem and ad tech.
• Track record servicing and growing major advertiser accounts.
• Experience in day-to-day campaign management.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional data story-telling and client presentation skills.
• Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
• Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, g-suite preferred.
• Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills to juggle multiple clients and • projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel, depending on business needs.
