Job Summary:
Global Sales Manager (Maritime, CyberSecurity) is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships within the maritime industry. This role focuses on selling ship cybersecurity solutions, requiring an in-depth understanding of IACS UR E26 and E27 regulations as well as proven expertise in selling technical solutions. The position involves working closely with clients in the global maritime industry to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience (Vessel, cybersecurity, or technology industry considered an advantage)
• Over 4 years of selling cybersecurity solutions or vessel sales experience in Japan
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is essential
• Knowledge of IACS UR E26 and IACS UR E27 regulations
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Familiarity with technical concepts related to ship systems, IT, and OT cybersecurity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Japanese Nationality is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the vessel industry
• Experience in managing global projects
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Background in engineering, vessel, or cybersecurity
• Established network within the vessel industry, including shipowners, classification societies, and regulatory authorities
