If AI translators like Google Translate and Papago are currently limited to general use and everyday conversation, the next roadmap aims to achieve enterprise-level, business-grade capabilities. We are proactively building extensive and sophisticated language data that is required for this, making money from the market, while also dreaming of transforming the profession of translation into a more creative and specialized high-skilled profession that can compete with AI.
As of 2019, BabelTop is focusing on market share in the B2B market and securing senior translators through its own service, BabelTop.net. Before leveraging the vast language big data obtained through this process (specialized terminology by sector, corpus by paragraph, stylistic DB by project type, etc.), we are looking for frontend developers for the service development and enhancement of BabelTop. [ Key Responsibilities ]
- Development of existing and new BabelTop services frontend
- UI/UX development to enhance user convenience
- Development through communication and collaboration with various team members
[ Qualifications ]
- More than 2 years of frontend development experience or equivalent development abilities
- Development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux
- Experience in frontend development using REST API
- Experience in version control development using Git
- Ability to manage one's own goals and timelines and develop responsibly in a free environment
[ Preferred Qualifications ]
- Understanding of writing good code for modularization, testing, and maintenance
- Understanding of development considering web standards and responsive design
- High interest in new technologies to improve service quality
- Experience in defining and resolving problems through collaboration with various role players
