페이타랩 is a startup that operates ‘패스오더’, Korea's No.1 coffee ordering platform.
패스오더 was developed in 2018 as a simple smart-order service to make the smart-order system—previously only available to large franchises—available to small-to-medium franchises and independent cafes, addressing social issues such as labor cost burdens and poor sales for self-employed owners.
Despite the investment winter, our competitiveness and growth potential were recognized in the market, and in January 2022 we successfully raised investment of 12.1 billion 원 in Series B. Currently, 패스오더 is focused on the challenge of building a 'revenue automation pipeline' that continuously drives partner store revenue based on accumulated data from 10 million users. We are looking for a growth marketer (growth hacker) who will design automated targeting logic from the ground up to deliver personalized experiences based on user context—not one-off campaigns.

• Experience designing and operating large-scale CRM campaigns with over 1 million sends
• Experience building automated scenarios for customer journeys using Braze or an in-house CRM automation solution
• Concrete examples of improving specific metrics (retention, conversion rate, etc.) beyond targets through data-driven experiments
