• Understanding of Java: Currently, we are conducting the Android project in Java. It would be great if you have a strong interest in and utilization of Java. We aim to transition to Kotlin in the future, so it would be good if you are also interested in Kotlin.
• Development skills: You don't have to be an exceptional developer. We are announcing a position for fresh graduates. However, we hope that you think to yourself, 'I am cut out for development.' We need individuals who can steadily and patiently solve the countless bugs and external issues that arise and eventually overcome them.
Preferred Qualifications
• Since we are hiring fresh graduates, it would be nice if you provide a meticulous self-introduction and resume. We are looking for a candidate who fits well with us rather than someone with outstanding skills.
• Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can overcome unstructured situations
• Experience in team projects using Slack and Trello
• Experience in startups
• Someone who communicates well with other fields: We primarily work remotely and communicate with team members and other company members at least two days a week. Strong communication skills are a plus.
• Project experience: It would be preferable to have experience participating in projects, regardless of scale. Good understanding of project flow and effective communication would be very beneficial. If you do not have such experiences, it would be great to have someone who can adapt well even without them.
• Others
- We place great importance on patience and perseverance. Due to the nature of startups, projects can progress at a very rapid pace. It would be ideal to have a strong mental fortitude to withstand any challenges.
- Questions and problem statements are always welcome. However, we would like you to proceed with assigned tasks first, then bring up any questions or issues for discussion.

• Each member of xSync is responsible for their own part.
• Every morning, we briefly share our tasks for the day.
• On days other than Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we don’t care whether you come in or not. However, if you do come in, lunch is on us.
• There are no heavy drinkers among us, even though we enjoy drinks.

We are looking for an Android Developer at xSync, a startup developing interactive event applications.
We provide services that offer convenience and fun to audiences through the xSync Event application or individual applications at performances and events, while providing data to event planners.

While focusing on performances and events so far, we are currently expanding into exhibitions/conferences in 2018.
