KHORD LLC is a global cross-border business management and strategy consulting firm operating from its headquarters at One World Trade Center in New York, USA, and its office on Gangnam-daero in Seoul, South Korea. An intern at KHORD LLC will experience an organic collaboration system between global offices and support practical key tasks.
-Global Office Operations Assistance: Support the maintenance of cross-border collaboration guidelines between the New York headquarters and the Korean branch, and manage the operation of Slack/Notion infrastructure.
-Global Market Research: Research and summarize the latest business trends, industry trends, and global marketplace data from North America and Asia, and draft reports (in English/Korean).
-Business Communication Support: Organize English correspondence, internal official notice templates, and follow up on communications with partners.
-Currently enrolled or on leave from a 4-year university (any major, international studies and language/economics preferred)
-Ability to perform basic business text research and written communication in English
-Proficient in or able to quickly learn collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
-Ability to work proactively and responsibly in a remote work environment with time differences.
-Those who can or need to earn academic credit for their internship from their university
-High interest in startup cross-border business models and global management.
Benefits and Work Environment
-Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Optional in-person attendance at Seoul Gangnam office if necessary)
-Working Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week (Flexible scheduling to allow for studying and other activities)
-Salary: This position is an unpaid internship for educational and credit purposes.

Issuance of an official English Certificate of Internship from KHORD LLC after completion of the internship.
A recommendation letter from the CEO in English will be provided for excellent finishers (can be used for overseas employment, graduate school admission, or resume enhancement).

The selection of successful applicants will be conducted quickly through document review followed by a virtual interview.
-Application Review: Review of the resume and cover letter in Korean or English
-Virtual Interview: A light 15-20 minute tea time and job suitability interview via Zoom (two-way confirmation of motivation and language skills)
-Final Offer: Individual notification to successful applicants and issuance of an internship offer letter.
Results of each stage and guidance for the next steps will be individually communicated via the email provided in the application.
-Academic Credit Guide: Since this internship is unpaid, those who require academic credits from their university should mention it during the document submission or interview. We will actively support the administrative processing of documents (approval and evaluation) that need to be submitted to the school after selection.
-Remote Work Environment: This position is fully remote, requiring a stable network environment and possession of a PC (laptop) to allow individuals to focus on their work. Communication will mainly occur asynchronously via Slack and Notion.
-Security and Confidentiality: Due to the nature of the position, which handles global corporate infrastructure and project data, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required upon final acceptance.
