<We Research Technologies That Save Lives.>
Hello to those who will grow together with IMLAB!
You all must have pressed Annie mannequins at some point during school or military training, right? Our company is developing a completely new solution by integrating IoT technology into the outdated and rigid emergency medical training tools.
Since launching our first solution, 'HeartiSense', in 2015, we have consistently grown while causing a paradigm shift in the global CPR training market. We would like you to join us in our journey to become the 'Apple of Healthcare', proving value on-site.
<Does This Company Have Vision?>
[IMLAB is a small but dynamic team with project capabilities]
We are a healthcare startup founded by researchers from the Master's and Ph.D. programs at KAIST. A small group of experts moves quickly (Lean) to compete and collaborate with global players. We prioritize confirming how our technology operates in the real field and is recognized for its expertise.
[We Disrupt Conservative Markets with Technology and Innovation]
The traditional emergency/medical education market has been hardware-centric and closed. IMLAB is leading digital innovation by merging light hardware and software technology into this 'heavy product'. The market response has been enthusiastic. We are now looking to expand our new business beyond CPR across the healthcare spectrum, proving our technology in a broader field.
<We Are Looking for These Types of People>
A good workplace is ultimately created by 'good colleagues'. We seek 'practical experts' who can actively grow and engage on-site using technology as a tool.
[We Have Flexible Thinking That Understands Differences and Respects Disagreements]
• We have a fertile ground of flexible thinking that embraces feedback with an open mind and can turn it into seeds for other possibilities.
[We Have Perseverance and a Sense of Challenge]
• We strive to be a flexible sponge that learns and adapts passionately when faced with challenges that are completely different from what we know.
[We Work Agilely and Proactively]
• We share tasks and issues promptly to achieve a common vision, meeting quickly to make swift decisions.
[We Positively Impact Our Surroundings and Society]
• We hope to make meaningful choices and expect our work to return positive significance in our lives.
