Crevis Intelligence is a team of professionals who have turned digital transformation and growth of organizations into reality based on technology, data, and artificial intelligence. Starting in 2007, we have grown centered on SaaS-based CRM, payment, and marketing automation solutions, solving field issues through digital marketing and data services.
Our main product, Donus, has grown into a platform connecting over 500 institutions and more than 7 million users by 2025, while our digital marketing service Inspire/d creates customer outcomes through an approach that combines technology, content, data, and design.
Crevis Intelligence is one of the core business sectors of the impact venture group, Crevis Partners, which has solved structural problems faced by society through innovative technologies and businesses. Crevis Partners consists of five business sectors and about 90 members who focus on creating social value in each business area.
The management support staff manages sales, operation, and financial data across the business and is responsible for creating a work environment and processes that allow the team to work more productively.
- Contract management: Systematically collects and manages contract documents and client information.
- Settlement management: Organizes the department's financial status through revenue and expense settlement and monthly and quarterly closing tasks.
- Performance management: Aggregates and processes the department's KPI and operational data to generate the basic data required for decision-making.
- Operational support: Supports all necessary tasks for business operations and creates an environment where team members can immerse themselves in their work.
- We are looking for someone who can long-term stay with us through the internship program.
- This role is suitable for those who have prepared a career in management support or accounting.
- We need someone who can systematically and meticulously organize and process various numerical data.
- Given the nature of the job, which requires a lot of collaboration between departments, we prefer someone who can communicate clearly and smoothly.
- Proficiency in using Excel functions and generative AI
- Holding a management support or accounting-related certification (e.g., Certified Financial Manager)
- Experience using ERP or in settlement and closing tasks
