What You’ll Do
•Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand their talent needs and design smart recruitment strategies
•Source and engage top talent through proactive headhunting, networking, and creative outreach
•Own the full recruitment process — from market mapping and pitching to interviews, offers, and long-term relationship building
•Identify and develop new client opportunities through market research and active engagement
•Bring market insights and data-driven recommendations that position you as a trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For
•Bachelor’s degree holder; relevant experience in sales or recruitment is a plus
•Fluency in Korean required; English proficiency is a plus
•Entrepreneurial, resilient, and resourceful — enjoys building and growing from zero
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•Thrives in a performance-driven, fast-evolving environment where results matter
