Job Introduction
Due to WISELY's characteristic of competing solely with products without marketing, the Product Manager is essentially akin to a mini-CEO. They plan the direction of portfolio/product planning and launch within the category, as well as consumer communication (detail page, promotions), striving to create better products based on consumer data analysis. Every Product Manager manages at least one of the following key metrics:
• Number of SKUs: The Product Manager quickly plans, develops, and launches products at the forefront of WISELY. They must also improve inefficiencies that arise in the process to launch more products faster than before.
• Sales: Launch more selections, better products (Hero SKUs). It's a core metric in creating a leading hard discounter that provides customers with overwhelming value for money and in building a strong zero-margin membership universe.
Intern positions do not receive the same level of autonomy and authority as a Product Manager. However, they can support team problem-solving and penetrate all stages directly or indirectly. They can also design their own tasks on small-scale project units to produce results. Given the search for outstanding talent, they will not only be assigned passive and repetitive tasks which anyone with just hands could do.

• Establishing launch strategies for new brands and new products and overseeing development projects
• Planning and executing quality control and improvement plans for existing products

Working Conditions
• Duration: 3 months or more
• Salary: 2,100,000 KRW per month
• Internship can be converted to a permanent position based on evaluation
