Now, an AI Chief of Staff named 'Won-young' supports the CEO. The AI multi-agent system automates research, content creation, sales, and administrative tasks.
However, there are areas that AI cannot replace:
- Business judgment — decision-making in uncertainty, moments needing intuition and experience
- Relationships with people — building trust, coffee chats, genuine connections
- Complex deal-making — negotiations and coordination in investment, partnership, and M&A
- Capturing new opportunities — reading subtle signals in the market and taking proactive action

What a CEO Staff Does
This position is not just a secretary. It expands the CEO's thinking and directly creates businesses leveraging the AI agent team.
Onboarding
- Understanding the overall business of the Narrative group (business models of Rocketpunch, Tanijiment, Salesclue, core KPIs, current status)
- Familiarizing with the CEO's weekly/monthly workflow — understanding decision-making patterns, prioritization system, and communication style
- Setting up and utilizing the AI Agent system — directly setting up AI tools such as OpenClaw, Claude/GPT and applying them to work
- Understanding ongoing investment/partnership deals — currently mapping out the pipeline, key partners, and deal status
Independent Execution
- Independently conducting research/analysis needed for CEO decision-making
- Attending weekly meetings with portfolio companies + tracking action items — monitoring progress against the goals of each company
- Global partnership outreach — independently conducting email correspondence, meetings, and presentations in English
- Designing and automating AI Agent workflows — directly building systems that automate repetitive tasks using AI
Business Owner
- Leading new business opportunities or investment deals independently — from opportunity discovery to due diligence and decision-making support
- Monitoring key KPIs of portfolio companies and suggesting improvements
- Building and operating a dedicated AI Agent team — designing and managing one's own AI agent workflow
- Capable of conducting external meetings/deals without the CEO — directly communicating with partners and investors on behalf of Narrative
We Would Like Someone Who
- Has at least 2 years of diverse experience in the startup ecosystem
Experience in founding, VC, or as an early team member — someone who has worn multiple hats without being confined to a single role
- Can code (including vibe coding)
Able to create prototypes, script, and build automation
- Has a data-driven approach to business
Able to extract data using SQL, GA4, spreadsheets, and derive insights (including vibe coding)
- Can communicate in business English
Able to independently conduct emails, meetings, and presentations in English
- Has ownership without distinguishing between "my job/your job"
Someone who identifies and takes on necessary tasks without boundaries. CEO Staff needs to create their own work

CEO Staff must discover problems independently, propose solutions, and execute them
- Someone uncomfortable with rapid changes
Priorities can change weekly. A person who gains energy in the midst of change is a better fit.
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Practical experience using AI — building AI agents, prompt/harness engineering, AI-based automation
- Understanding of Web3/blockchain — token economy, on-chain data analysis, DeFi ecosystem
- Experience in investment review/DD — due diligence for startups or projects, financial analysis, market analysis
- Content creation skills — planning and producing written, video, and social media content
