<Overall management of content business and performance>
- Establish sales targets by target market, drive business growth through achieving P&L and key performance indicators (KPI)
<Global content procurement and portfolio optimization>
- Assess business viability of content lineup based on original/co-production and external partnerships
- Review global marketability of procured content and maximize business value
<Maximizing global distribution performance per content>
- Develop and execute IP exposure strategies (promotions, marketing collaborations, etc.) within each global platform
- Manage content performance and expand market share through platform-specific metric analysis
<Expand IP business and maximize revenue>
- Expand IP influence in the global market and create business opportunities through secondary businesses (OSMU), platform expansions, etc.
- Experience in global content business and performance management: Experience managing global business metrics in the webtoon industry or contributing to visible performance results
- Content market insight: Deep understanding and experience in the global webtoon market, including Japan/North America/Southeast Asia
- Strategic collaboration skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with internal/external partners and collaborate towards shared business goals
- Strong network with global content platforms and overseas partners
- Ability to establish proactive business strategies through global market analysis and experience
- Business-level foreign language (English, Japanese, etc.) communication skills
