**Introduction to Concept Principle
Since its publication in 1991, Concept Principle has maintained a unique brand position in the field of mathematics education. With a stable financial structure achieving annual sales of 20-25 billion KRW and an operating profit margin of about 50% over the past decade, the company is actively transitioning from a publishing-centered business to an AI-powered education service company, especially since the joining of a first-generation IT entrepreneur in Korea (Ko Samu-yeol, who has experience in KOSDAQ listing and overseas M&A) in 2017.
Recently, to lead educational innovation not only in mathematics but also in English, the company strategically acquired DShare, which possesses over 80 English academies nationwide (A-Dot). DShare has also achieved more than 50 billion KRW in sales and an operating profit rate of over 16%, positioning itself as a solid company capable of receiving immediate feedback from real users both online and offline, thereby creating the foundation for IT innovation.
Thanks to this strong financial base and user foundation, the company has a rare environment where it can drive long-term product development without relying on external investment. The current Concept Principle is at a turning point where it can experiment and expand new technologies and services based on existing assets, and is looking for individuals who can help shape this flow.
**Introduction to the Business Division**
Ed-Tech has been attempted by numerous global startups and attracted many VC investments, but sufficient results have not been shown, leading to a decrease in investment.
However, Concept Principle already possesses sufficient cash flow from test prep books and aims to open new horizons in Ed-Tech based on this.
The goal is to provide essential services in mathematics education not only for students using Concept Principle textbooks but for all middle and high school students in South Korea, ultimately achieving a service that allows for sufficient and equitable math education without the need for private tutoring or academies.
The service will begin with diagnostics and personalized education and will eventually lead to an AI Tutor connection.
To achieve this, outstanding individuals are coming together, and it would be great to collaborate with those who dream of reaching the true destination of EdTech.
