<About the Tech team you will join>
- Design infrastructures that can extend beyond webtoons into various content areas while building internal systems with veteran developers with over 20 years of experience.
- Standardize the unique technical know-how accumulated in Realdraw's webtoon production process into a system.
- Establish a solid development culture that enhances technical completeness by documenting trial and error and decision-making based on problem-centered thinking.

- Must have 10+ years of experience in backend and web application development
- Must have experience in Java/Kotlin and Spring Framework-based web application development
- Must have ORM usage experience such as JPA, Hibernate, SQLAlchemy domain modeling
- Must have written test code using a test framework
- Must be able to develop Python applications
- Must be able to design and develop object-oriented system architectures
- Must be able to leverage various approaches and solutions to problems
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience with web frameworks like React, Vue, and Nodejs
