• Plan and produce image and video ads reflecting the characteristics of Paid Media channels such as Google and Meta.
• Repeatedly create and test advertising materials to improve performance efficiency.
• Derive and reflect insights for each creative based on advertising performance data.
• Analyze campaign results and data to enhance creatives that can maximize Call to Action.
• Plan and execute new promotions and advertising materials based on accumulated performance and insights.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of the structure and flow of performance advertising.
• Candidates who can plan and create messages tailored to User Acquisition (UA) and Retention goals.
• Proficient in video editing tools (such as Premiere and After Effects).
• Experience in understanding creative development processes and leading projects with project ownership.
• At least 1 year of practical experience in marketing advertising content.
• Proficient in various visual tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics.
• Interested in the education field with experience in marketing education/single products/platforms.
• Ability to lead the entire process from planning to production to performance analysis even in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to analyze performance using SAAS tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, and Metabase.
• Active in learning new tools and expression methods, enjoys rapid growth and change.
