| The Commerce team does the following:
1. Platform operation and process enhancement
- Designs and improves operational processes to ensure smooth management of approximately 3,000 rental products.
- Establishes operational policies that enhance service quality and efficiency, and leads system improvements.
- Designs work processes aimed at achieving business objectives and improves inefficiencies during execution.
2. New business planning and operational support
- Analyzes customer segments to identify new business opportunities, and establishes product planning and optimal sales strategies.
- Proposes product improvements from a business perspective based on market data and customer feedback, and collaborates with product organizations like PM/PO to implement them.
- Leads the entire process (planning, execution, systematization) to ensure new businesses achieve results in the market and are integrated into the company's core processes.
3. Data analysis and key metrics management
- Manages and monitors business performance such as customers, revenue, and profit.
- Analyzes business data to establish and execute operational strategies, continuously managing performance to achieve goals.
4. Internal and external partner communication
- Collaborates with various partners to discover new products/services and enhance operational processes.
- Works closely with internal marketing, product teams, development teams, etc., to quickly implement improvements.
| This is what we are looking for in the Commerce team:
• At least 3 years of experience related to business planning and operations.
• Proficient in using work tools such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
• Experience in deriving business strategies through customer/market analysis and implementing them in practice.
• Ability to define various problems that arise during business operations and solve them with logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with relevant departments and external partners.
• Experience in proactively suggesting and implementing improvement ideas in a rapidly changing environment.
| It would be great if you have the following in the Commerce team:
• Experience in e-commerce, platform operations, and rental/subscription services.
• Experience in planning new products/services and generating results from a zero base.
• Work experience in a startup or a rapidly growing organization.
