Hello. I have witnessed the scheduling issues that head nurses face while working in hospitals firsthand. To address this, I created an automated scheduling solution and am operating a healthcare startup in Gangnam, Seoul, based on a formally patented technology.
Our product has the following technologies:
✔️ Automatic generation of 3-shift schedules for nurses
✔️ Based on a patented algorithm
✔️ Automatic adjustment for preferred shifts/night shifts/equity
✔️ Currently conducting PoC empirical tests with hospitals in Seoul
We are looking for someone who:
• Has over 3 years of experience as a ward nurse / Preferably with experience as a head nurse
• Has experience writing 3-shift schedules for nurses (regardless of whether using Excel or handwritten)
• Is interested in healthcare startups, IT technology, and digital healthcare services
• Can be part-time, collaborative or join as a non-regular employee
• Current nurses (nursing assistants)
• Nursing graduate students
• Welcome former employees, those on parental leave, and former nurses
Main roles:
• Conducting PoC
• Accompanying hospital visits, interviews, and demos
• Providing feedback on product usage and discussing feature improvements
• Communicating with head nurses
Working conditions and compensation:
• Flexible working around 2 times a month
• Compensation per session + incentives negotiable for long-term collaboration
Preference will be given to current and former nurses (nursing assistants).
In the future, if you engage in sales for hospitals or wards, per-case incentives will be provided.
From the beginning, if we align and become familiar with planning and sales, you can be formally hired when the company grows.
Benefits and Work Environment
You will need to accompany and handle work during the hospital (ward) testing program about 1-2 times a month.
