1. Branch Manager
Responsibilities
• Overall operation and management of the branch in the respective area
• Identifying investors and establishing sales strategies
• Building partnerships in the region (real estate/accommodation/investment-related networks)
• Recruiting, nurturing, and managing staff for the branch
2. Sales Executive
Responsibilities
• Identifying and consulting with investors/customers
• Supporting local promotion and marketing activities
• Delivering investment information related to shared accommodation assets
• Sales activities to achieve HQ/branch KPIs
1. Branch Manager
Qualifications
• Candidates for branch managers for nationwide branch recruitment (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Chungbuk, Gyeonggi, Jeju, etc.)
• More than 5 years of sales/branch operation and organizational management experience
• Possession of regional networks and sales capabilities
• Goal-oriented thinking and leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset and responsibility
2. Sales Executive
Qualifications
• Hiring for sales positions for nationwide branch recruitment (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Chungbuk, Gyeonggi, Jeju, etc.)
• No restrictions on academic background/major, more than 2 years of sales experience
• Proactive and responsible attitude
• Customer-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills

• Experience in real estate, finance, accommodation, or travel industry
• Experience in branch management or as a branch manager
• Excellent B2C/B2B sales performance

Working Conditions

• Employment type: Full-time (3-month probation period)
• Compensation system:
o Base salary + performance bonus (linked to sales/investment performance)
o Branch Manager: Incentives provided for exceeding branch sales targets
o Sales positions: Performance bonuses differentiated according to investor attraction and performance
