📋Key Responsibilities
You must be the 'designer' in the MD field.
- Complete redesign of product planning and sales structure for Visual Shock
- Next-generation structuring of brand, distribution, and customer management strategies
- Overall sourcing and ordering of domestic and foreign products
- Establishment of seasonal OTB and management of inventory/margin
- New product planning, market research, and sales analysis
- Operation and strategic planning of channels such as comprehensive malls, own malls, and open markets
- Assignment of tasks and performance management of junior MDs in the team
- Collaboration with CS/logistics teams and designing feedback systems
⏩Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or above (4 years)
⏩Preferred Qualifications
More than 5 years of online MD experience
Proficiency in English
Strong in number analysis and planning tasks
A person with excellent interpersonal skills, a sales-type talent
Practical ability + creativity + purposefulness in planning, organizational strategy, product design, and customer problem solving.

Employment type: Full-time (3 months probation)
Workplace: 12th floor, Moonseon Building, 157 World Cup Road, Yeonje-gu, Busan, remote work possible
Working hours: 5 days a week (09:00 ~ 17:30)
Salary: Over 40 million KRW (performance-based incentives separately)
