• The Software Engineer belongs to one of the squads within the MakeStar Product Division.
• Each squad is made up of 2 to 8 members across different roles such as Product Owner, Product Designer, Software Engineer, and Data Analyst, collaborating with autonomy and responsibility towards a common goal.
• The developer chapter, which also includes DevOps Engineers, collaborates closely to promote technical growth.
• Through regular meetings, various topics such as technical goals, know-how/troubleshooting examples, development culture, new technologies, and tools are introduced and discussed.
• Using development as a tool, hypotheses are quickly validated, and gradual significant changes are made through iterative improvements.

We use the following technologies:
• We develop web applications using Vue.js (Nuxt.js).
• We develop mobile apps using Flutter.
• We design and implement backend applications using Python (Django, FastAPI) or Java (Spring).
• We configure and operate cloud architecture using various resources on GCP.
• We track errors using monitoring tools like Sentry and identify root causes for improvements.
Work environment and conditions:
• Employment type: Full-time (3-month probation)

• Work location: 29, Hakdong-ro 23-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (5 minutes on foot from Hakdong Station, working in a standalone building)
Joining process:
• Document screening → 1st competency interview → 2nd technical interview → 3rd culture interview → final acceptance → salary negotiation → joining
