The Product Manager plays a leading role in achieving Wiseley's vision of creating overwhelming value-based hard discount commerce by planning and launching products with excellent quality and the best price-performance ratio. The love and trust customers have for Wiseley are determined the moment they use the product. This moment of truth and belief, which can create loyal customers, is the decisive moment when we can establish clear value leadership. You will work mission-centered with passionate colleagues and experience a dynamic and dense experience where you can fully lead specific products. The Product Manager works based on metrics and achieves the following targets by planning and launching overwhelming value products:
• Sales: Achieve squad sales goals by selling the product to as many customers as possible.
• Repurchase rate: Manage the repurchase rate by product. This is a representative metric to ensure that all products we create provide satisfaction to customers.
• Penetration rate: Indicates how many active customers are using each product. As many products as possible must penetrate as many customers as possible.
• Gross margin: Create a healthy gross margin to ensure our sustainability. However, we need to create overwhelming value, so our selling prices must be very low. Therefore, we need to discover excellent manufacturers and create strategic partnerships with them to establish competitive supply conditions.
• Inventory days: Healthy inventory days are essential for managing the company's cash flow. Too much inventory worsens cash flow, and too little inventory causes stockouts. Proper inventory day management guarantees stable cash flow.

Required Skills
• Extreme obsession with customer experience: To create a good product, it is crucial to thoroughly understand the hidden needs of customers. All strategies and decision-making start from considering customer experiences. Customer experience is at the top of all decision-making, and we do not compromise on this. We continuously ask “WHY” from the customers' perspective and obsess over solving these questions.
• Proactive: Proactivity requires a stronger self-direction that goes beyond initiative. You need to voluntarily have a sense of problem awareness and look for improvement opportunities. Think like a leader, going beyond the limits of your role and authority, and proactively expand your responsibilities. The Product Manager at Wiseley works with the proactive qualities necessary to excel in autonomy and authority rather than hierarchy and control, persuading stakeholders to understand the “WHY” to achieve assigned goals.
• Grit: Find ways to make the impossible possible, regardless of traditions, inertia, or resource limitations. Persistently obsess over overcoming difficulties and obstacles. With the belief that nothing is impossible, find ways to make it happen. Do not give up.
• Learn fast: To solve problems effectively, you need to learn new things quickly. While carrying out various tasks within the product team, we constantly face new situations. This encompasses categories, products, and people. Do not fear learning new things, and quickly acquire what is needed for problem-solving.
• Judgment under ambiguity: Do not remain unresponsive in uncertain situations. Collect information to make the best choices in ambiguous circumstances and create an environment for decision-making.
• Dive deep: Delve deeply into the issues until you fully understand them. When creating products, you often encounter the wall of “this is how the market works.” Do not trust the statements of stakeholders or market practices blindly; thoroughly investigate all details behind phenomena, find solutions, and create the best results.
