The non-food division of the Product Team is a core organization that plans and launches consumer goods closely related to our customers' daily lives, such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, and household items, and is a strategic department responsible for about 60% of total sales. To create products that add value to customers' lives, we work in a team culture where we analyze the market with high standards and sharp insights and execute quickly.

Qualifications
• Ability to create your own logical structure based on evidence.
• Flexibility to respond to changing situations and eagerness to learn quickly and passionately in areas outside your expertise.
• Ability to think like a leader, transcending the limits of your role/authority, and proactively expand your role.
• Experience in increasing sales through product planning/sourcing/development based on consumer needs.
• Strong negotiation skills and execution capabilities to break through the supply chain and design products.
Preferred Qualifications
• High understanding of online commerce/channels/markets.
• Experience in startups or entrepreneurship.
• Experience in leading a specific product or project from A to Z.
• Proven leadership and learning ability in personal projects, even without experience in consumer goods.
