- Receive and disseminate management meeting materials, manage documentation

- Manage executive business trips and reimburse travel expenses (planning and organizing business trip schedules, sharing with relevant departments, preparing necessary documents, etc.)

- Manage protocol matters related to internal/external events (e.g., venue and flight bookings)
- Manage executive budgets (expenses, celebrations, etc.) and perform other administrative duties

Qualifications
• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree (associate degrees are acceptable for those majoring in secretarial studies)
• Must demonstrate business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Degrees in English Literature, International Business, or Business Administration
• Fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to converse in advanced English
• Possession of a secretarial certificate
• Experience as an executive assistant (EA) for foreign executives or in protocol/event coordination
• Experience in the service industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK, etc.)
• Possession of global business etiquette

• This position is a fixed-term contract that requires an agreement on the contract duration (6 months) upon joining. The agreement will end upon the reaching of the end date, and it can be extended based on operational circumstances but cannot exceed a maximum of 2 years.
