Qualifications
• Experience in content planning and sensitivity to SNS channels and trends
• Enjoy watching short-form SNS content in beauty/fashion, etc.
• Possess positive communication skills with a strong capacity for DM interaction
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to use one of the languages: English, Japanese, or Chinese for DM and email communication
• Strong understanding of influencers and SNS (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) channels and marketing
• Well-structured thinking about persona marketing
• Proactively solve problems and demonstrate positive energy & attitude in collaboration with colleagues and creators
• Proficient in design tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
Hiring Process
• Document screening -> 1st interview -> 2nd interview -> salary negotiation -> final onboarding
• Required documents: Resume and cover letter (mandatory), optional materials to showcase yourself.
• Interviews: Typically 2 sessions to check job qualifications and team fit.

• This position requires a 3-month internship, after which a decision will be made on transitioning to full-time employment.
