페이타랩 is a startup that operates Korea's No.1 coffee ordering platform, '패스오더'.
패스오더 is a simple smart-order service developed in 2018 to allow small-to-medium franchises and independent cafes to use a smart order system that had previously only been available to large franchises, addressing social issues such as labor cost burdens and low sales for small business owners.

【If you join, these are the tasks you'll be doing!】
• HR and organizational culture operations
- Enhance the entire member lifecycle and manage HR operations such as payroll and performance management
- Plan and execute policies such as company events, welfare, and organizational culture programs based on 페이타랩's core values
• General affairs and asset management
- Manage tangible and intangible assets and improve the work environment, including office space, equipment, IT devices, and consumables that can increase member engagement
- Efficiently operate and manage through systematization of IT infrastructure, network, licenses, etc.
• Support projects and venue management
- Handle government support programs aligned with 페이타랩's growth strategy, including employment subsidies (discovering, applying, operating, settling, etc.)
- Carry out external administrative tasks such as permits, agency correspondence, and legal affairs required to optimize organization and business operations
☑️ You won't be responsible for all the tasks listed above!
Assigned tasks will be flexibly adjusted based on the candidate's experience and strengths and the composition of other positions being recruited in the Management Support team (such as HR/general affairs staff).
In other words, the scope of tasks between individual positions will be flexibly coordinated depending on 'who we hire as the HR Generalist.'

【We're looking for someone like this!】
• 2–3+ years of practical experience in HR/general affairs/support projects or a solid understanding of the organic structure of management support
• Comfortable setting priorities and designing processes, and able to work proactively
• Able to structurally organize various requests and possess problem-solving skills
• Experience directly handling complex operational tasks in a startup or similar environment
【Nice to have】
• Proficient with collaboration and document management tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
• Strong interest in improving member experience and workplace environment, with practical experience in doing so
• Basic knowledge of labor, payroll, and tax, and familiarity with related practical work
• Understanding of or interest in industries such as IT and software
• Experience planning and improving the work environment from zero base in a startup environment
