페이타랩 is a startup that operates the country's No.1 coffee ordering platform, ‘패스오더’.
패스오더 was developed in 2018 as a simple smart-order service to bring the smart-order system—which had been possible only at large franchises—into small-to-medium franchises and independent cafes, aiming to solve the social problems of labor cost burdens and sluggish sales faced by self-employed owners.
Despite the tough investment climate, our competitiveness and growth potential were recognized in the market: in Jan 2022 we successfully raised KRW 12.1 billion in Series B, and about a year and a half later, in Sep 2023, we secured another successful investment to reach a cumulative investment of KRW 20 billion!
페이타랩 has been growing rapidly this year as well, achieving in three months the metrics we had reached over the past year, and we continue to break records and grow rapidly even now!

【Tasks you will perform when you join】
• Lead accurate and systematic HR operations
- Accurately perform Payroll tasks such as salaries, severance pay, 4 major insurances, and year-end tax settlement.
- Operate essential HR items without omission, such as health checkups, mandatory legal training, and labor-management councils.
- Directly manage various liaison tasks and labor issues such as military service exception management, operation of corporate-affiliated research institutes, and government agencies.
- Take responsibility for overall HR operations including attendance, onboarding/offboarding, probation, and evaluations.
• Design HR systems that enable organizational and individual growth
- Plan and operate performance & compensation systems to build a performance-driven culture.
- Design systems that support growth, such as salary negotiation processes, transfers, and competency model establishment.
- Plan and improve policies, benefits, and culture programs that increase member engagement.
• Build efficient processes based on data
- Collect, process, and analyze HR data to derive HR insights.
- Use Excel, spreadsheets, etc. to automate and optimize tasks.
- Design efficient workflows using various collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and electronic approval systems.
【Who we are looking for】
• Someone who has operated the listed tasks, such as running HR alone in a fast-growing startup
• Someone who has driven meaningful change by directly designing and improving organizational HR systems rather than just handling operations
• Someone who has designed evaluation systems from zero to one, such as performance, compensation, and career development systems

Document screening > Pre-test (may be omitted if not needed) > 1st interview (role) > 2nd interview (CEO) > Document & reference check > Final acceptance
