Connecting people, teams, and strategies,
leading organizational growth.
: We are looking for an HRBP to embark on this thrilling mission!
Introducing the team you will join 🚀
The People & Culture team at Rapport Labs is composed of HRBP, HRM, and GA functions, with each function designed for the growth of the organization based on independence and expertise. HRBP closely partners with leaders from each business/product organization to practically lead the alignment of organizational strategy, leadership, and execution. It requires the ownership to not only handle requests from the field but to detect the rhythms and signals of the organization first, identify problems, structure them, and lead to resolution. Especially in a rapidly growing organization, problems are not predetermined and answers are not clear. Therefore, we wish to welcome an HRBP who can design and execute the process of 'finding - defining - solving' problems. It's perfectly fine if you are not perfect. If you feel that 'I can do this job well', please apply right now 🤝
